Essay discussing the creation of the short silhouette film “Fragment” and its relation to the world of silhouettes in general, putting emphasis on the way in which contemporary digital media tools can be used in order to reproduce and enhance certain aesthetics of the old world.

Group project with Matthew Collings & Gareth Griffiths in the context of the course “Digital Media Studio Project” of my Msc in Design & Digital Media at the Edinburgh College of Art/University of Edinburgh.
We set up an instrument/installation that used the electric guitar as a controller while several found objects through the use of vibrating motors, an arduino and custom-made software produced unexpected soundscapes.

Essay discussing synesthesia in arts
Essay covering the topic of synesthesia in arts written in the context of the course “Media & Culture” of my Msc in Design & Digital Media at the Edinburgh College of Art/University of Edinburgh.
